Open-Face Danish Ham and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 4 thin slices cured ham
- 1 tablespoon soft butter
- 2 sprigs fresh dill
- 4 sliced whole wheat bread
Directions
- You can toast the bread if you like.
- Butter the bread and set aside.
- Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just done. Eggs should not be dry.
- Divide eggs over bread slices.
- Top with ham.
- Sprinkle with dill to serve.
