Oozing Caramel Sauce (Fat-Free)

I came across this sauce in Shaker Bread Pudding with Oozing Caramel Sauce for Shaker Bread Pudding with Oozing Caramel Sauce. I plan to try it out as a fat-free topping for vanilla frozen yogurt.

Ingredients

• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  cup corn syrup
• 1  pinch salt
• 4  tablespoons skim milk powder

Directions

1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil. Cook for one minute and stir in milk powder.
