  • 1  cup water
  • 1  tablespoon  green tea
  • 1  tablespoon  oolong tea

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boiling temperature.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of green tea and oolong tea in hot cup of water.
  3. Allow steep for about 5 – 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the liquid and let it cool.
  5. Drink this tea twice a day.
  6. Have it 1 cup of tea in the morning and one in the evening or late afternoon.
