Ooey Gooey Chocolatey Puffed Wheat Squares

I love puffed wheat squares, but I'm always disappointed when they turn out too hard or crispy. This one is nice and gooey because of the marshmallows. Show more

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add syrup, sugar, cocoa, marshmallows and vanilla. When mixture begins to bubble, remove from heat; add puffed wheat and mix well. Put in a buttered 9 x 12-inch pan. Press down with spoon. Cut in squares.
