Oniony Hamburgers

(Goodman's onion soup mix is Kosher and Pareve).This came from New Kosher Cookbook By Beth EL Women's League. I haven't tried this recipe, but I do plan to in the near future.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 2  lbs hamburger (ground beef)
• 1  ounce  onion soup mix (use 1 package)
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 2⁄3 cup water

Directions

1. Combine ingredients; add water and mix well. Shape into patties and broil.
