Onion pie my easy way (German Zwiebelkuchen)

Yields: 1 pie
Ingredients
- 1 medium leek, sliced
- 50 g ham, cubed
- 500 g creme fraiche or 500 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 230 g puff pastry, thawed
Directions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients.
- Put mixture on the puff pastry (in a baking pan).
- Bake at 350 degrees for ca.
- 50-60 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
