Onion-Crusted Pork Chops

This is a recipe I came up with on the spur of the moment. I was tired of the same old thing.

  1. In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients; mix well.
  2. In another small bowl, combine eggs and milk; mix well.
  3. Dip pork chops into egg mixture, moistening each side.
  4. Then coat pork chops in flour mix.
  5. Heat oil in skillet to medium heat. Add chops.
  6. Sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper over each chop and fry until golden brown on each side.
