Onion -Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
- 1⁄3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 pork chops, bone-in or 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 -4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Mix together the sage, black pepper and garlic powder and rub on both sides of the pork and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Combine the soup mix with the panko crumbs in a small bowl. Brush both sides of chops with mustard, then evenly coat with soup mixture.
- Arrange chops on a roasting rack in a 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting dish. Bake uncovered, turning once. Bake 30 minutes or until chops are done.
