Onion Chip Dip

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups onions (chopped)
- 1 pinch salt
seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- In skillet, saute onions in olive oil with a pinch of salt for approximately 20 minutes (or until browned thoroughly).
- While onions cook, mix the sour cream and mayo to make a base.
- When onions are done, mix into the base and add the seasonings.
- Chill for an hour or so.
