Onion Bread

Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 10 3⁄4 ounces condensed cream of onion soup
- 2 7⁄8 ounces French-fried onions, crushed with 2 tablespoons reserved
Directions
- Heat oven to 350. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix all ingredients except reserved onions; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread into casserole. Sprinkle with reserved onions; press lightly into dough.
- Bake 60-65 minutes or until deep golden brown. Loosen edge from side of casserole; remove from casserole. Cool on wire rack about 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
