One Step Angel Food

This is a recipe that I got out of our hospital cookbook. A very tasty twist on Angel Food Cake. Recommended for diabetics Fast and easy to make

• Ready In: 45 mins
• Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4ounce) box  angel food cake mix, one step
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1  teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Directions

1. Mix altogether the angel food cake mix, pineapple and vanilla.
2. Stir well.
3. Place in 13x9 baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
