Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (quinoa or kamut for canoe tripping mix)
- 1 cup rye flakes
- 1 cup bran buds
- 1 cup roasted soybeans
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1 cup apricot, dried and chopped
- 1 cup dates, dried and chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Store and use as you would your regular muesli.
