- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed meal
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup demerara sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- mix wet ingredients, add dry.
- chill in fridge.
- roll out and cut into shapes.
- bake 350 7-10 minutes.
