Olive Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) jar pimento-stuffed green olives, drained & coarsely chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained & coarsely chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded & chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seed & coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Mix & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
