Olive Oil Blend for Cooking

I prepare my own Olive Oil Blend for cooking, sauteing, salad dressings, etc. It is simple and not over-powering to the taste buds. Sometime I find EVOO to taste to strong for some dishes but this always works.

• Yields: 5 cups

Ingredients

• 4  cups canola oil
• 1  cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1. Mix together in a bottle and use as desired.
