Olive Lover's Salad

Love olives? Then this salad is for you. The times shown does not include marinating time.

Ingredients

• Dressing

• 1 -1 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder

• Salad

• 1  cup green olives, cracked & pitted
• 1⁄2 cup  sliced black olives
• 1  roma tomato, chopped
• 1⁄4 onion, chopped

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
2. Combine the ingredients for the salad in another bowl then pour the dressing over.
3. Marinate for 1 hour before serving.
