Olive and Cheese Balls

Yields: 24 balls
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped ripe olives
- 1⁄2 cup chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- thin pretzel stick
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and olives until well blended.
- In another bowl, toss parsley and walnuts until well mixed.
- Pinch off about 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture at a time and form into balls.
- Just before serving roll in walnuts and parsley. Spear with pretzel sticks or toothpicks.
