Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  lard
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 2  ears  dried whole corn, shelled

Directions

  1. In hot skillet melt lard.
  2. Add salt and shelled corn.
  3. Stir until a rich golden brown.
  4. Remove from skillet and let cool.
