Old Fashioned Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 10 inches graham cracker crust
- 9 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 3 eggs
- fresh fruit (optional) or fruit, topping (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325º.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, salt and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Place crust (in pie tin) on baking sheet. Pour in filling.
- Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
