Old Fashioned Cheesecake

• Serves: 8
• Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

• 10  inches graham cracker crust
• 9  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1  dash salt
• 3  eggs
•  fresh fruit (optional) or   fruit, topping (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325º.
2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, salt and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Place crust (in pie tin) on baking sheet. Pour in filling.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
