Old Country Pasta and Kielbasa Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 lbs meat
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 pint sour cream
- 6 ounces neufchatel cheese
- 1 lb cheese
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
Directions
- Prepare pasta as per package instructions. Combine drained pasta with poppy seeds and grated cheese.
- Brown meat in skillet with salt, garlic, pepper, marjoram. Drain excess fat. Combine sour cream and neufchatel cheese with drained meat.
- Alternate layers of pasta and meat in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with sprinkling of paprika.
- Cook in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
