  1. Prepare pasta as per package instructions. Combine drained pasta with poppy seeds and grated cheese.
  2. Brown meat in skillet with salt, garlic, pepper, marjoram. Drain excess fat. Combine sour cream and neufchatel cheese with drained meat.
  3. Alternate layers of pasta and meat in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with sprinkling of paprika.
  4. Cook in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
