Old Bay Hot Wings

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Line large baking sheet w/ foil then spray with nonstick spray.
  3. In bowl mix flour, salt, and old bay. Add chicken and toss mix to coat them.
  4. Arrange chicken on sheet and spray with vegetable oil. Roast for 45 minutes, turning a few times until brown and crispy.
  5. In fry pan bring to a boil: frank's, butter, garlic, and worcestershire. Cook chicken in sauce for 5-10 minutes until chicken absorbs sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
