Olé Avocado Mango Tango Salsa

Yields: 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 3  avocados, mushed (Use Ole Avocado Guacamole for best results)
  • 1 (12 ounce) package  of mango pico de gallo (If you prefer fresh, see recipe below)
  • 12 lime (juice)
  • mango pico de gallo

  • 1  fresh mango, diced fine
  • 12  white onion, diced fine
  • 1  medium tomatoes, diced fine
  • 12  jalapenos or 12 green chili pepper, serrano diced fine
  • 1  lime (juice)
  • 3  tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine (rinsed and dried)
  • 1  teaspoon sea salt
  • 1  teaspoon black pepper
  • 1  tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional

  • 1 -3  dash  hot sauce

Directions

  1. Mix Olé Avocado with fresh or prepared Mango Pico de Gallo.
  2. Chill and serve with chips or pita bread.
  3. Optional: Add chilled steamed shrimp and other seafood works very well with this recipe! “Olé Tango Mango Ceviche’”.
