Olé Avocado Mango Tango Salsa

Yields: 2 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 3 avocados, mushed (Use Ole Avocado Guacamole for best results)
- 1 (12 ounce) package of mango pico de gallo (If you prefer fresh, see recipe below)
- 1⁄2 lime (juice)

- 1 fresh mango, diced fine
- 1⁄2 white onion, diced fine
- 1 medium tomatoes, diced fine
- 1⁄2 jalapenos or 1⁄2 green chili pepper, serrano diced fine
- 1 lime (juice)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine (rinsed and dried)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional
- 1 -3 dash hot sauce
Directions
- Mix Olé Avocado with fresh or prepared Mango Pico de Gallo.
- Chill and serve with chips or pita bread.
- Optional: Add chilled steamed shrimp and other seafood works very well with this recipe! “Olé Tango Mango Ceviche’”.
