Oklahoma Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons mince garlic
- 1⁄3 cup mince onion
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
glaze
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- combine all ingredients.
- mix well.
- preheat oven to 350.
- shape into a 2in high loaf.
- bake 50 mins
- remove from oven add glaze to top and sides.
- return to oven and back 10 more minutes.
- let stand for 5 mins and serve.
