Oil & Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- fruit vinaigrette (I like raspberry or lavender/blueberry vinegrette)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (or if using dried 1&1/2 tsp.)
- 2 tablespoons fruit vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 lemon, zest of
Directions
- Combine vinaigrette, garliic and basil in blender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve over salad or use as a marinade for blanched vegetables, i.
