Oil Pie Crust

Yields: 2 pie shells
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons cold water
Directions
- Combine flour and salt. Measure oil and water; don't stir. Pour on flour mixture, and mix with fork and hands. Makes 2 pie shells or 1 shell with top crust.
