Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- pepper, freshly ground
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the garlic in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add garlic and stir.
- Store in refrigerator.
