  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, and oil together. Sift the flour, baking sodea, cinnamon, and salt into the egg mixture.
  2. Mix well and add the walnuts and apples. Bake in an ungreased cake pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
