Oh so Simple Cuban Black Bean Stew

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 bay leaf
Recaito Recipe use 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 1⁄2 bell pepper
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 aji chili pepper (optional sweet chili)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- For Stew; Pour the can of black beans into saucepan add recaito, and bayleaf; bring to a boil and immediately turn down heat and simmer up to an hour on VERY low heat, serve.
- For Recaito: Process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until almost mush. This recipe can be doubled or trippled and kept in the freezer, this can be add to manny dished for added flavor.
