Oh-So-Good Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups oats
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Add to the wet ingredients.
- Mix in the oats and raisins.
- Drop onto and ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
