Ocean in a Bottle

OK-So this isn't exactly a food recipe but it uses food stuff and it looks pretty cool too! Fun for kids to make.Plus you can point out that oil is lighter than vinegar...a little Science never hurt anyone!

• Yields: 1 bottle

Ingredients

• 1  cup white vinegar
• 3 -5  drops  blue food coloring (depending on how blue that you want your ocean)
• 2  cups  mineral oil

Directions

1. In a clean jar/bottle with a lid put 1 cup of vinegar.
2. Add your food coloring.
3. Add your mineral oil and close lid tight.
4. Set on a flat surface and watch it swooch.
5. Have fun!
