O'Brien Potatoes

Ingredients
Potato base
- 1 (2 lb) bag oreida O'Brien potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Topping
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1⁄4 cup melted margarine
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together for potato base and stir gently.
- Pour into a buttered 13x9 casserole dish.
- Melt margarinefor topping and add to cornflakes.
- Spread on top of potato mixture.
- Bake for 350 for 1 hour.
