Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup Fiber One cereal
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 4 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds, finely ground
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 banana, sliced
Directions
- Put oatmeal, water, raisins, Fiber One cereal and pumpkin in large microwave safe bowl. Set on high for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Top with sliced banana and skim milk or light soymilk.
