Oatmeal Scotchies

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3⁄4 cup white sugar
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl, gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
