- 1 1⁄3 cups pear nectar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 3⁄4 cup dried pear half, diced
Directions
- Back according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the pear during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
