Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars

I made these cookies for a Sunday night family dinner, and they were so yummy! :) My mom and I licked the leftover batter after we stuck the other stuff in the oven! Enjoy! Show more

  1. Turn the oven onto 375°F
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the peanut butter, water and vanilla. Combine the flour and baking soda, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an unprepared cookie sheet.
  3. Umm I let them cook in the oven for about 6 minutes and then I check them and then about another 6 minutes later I checked them with a toothpick. But I would say just check on them every 6 to 10 minutes! And enjoy!
