Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400.
- Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Create a well of the dry ingredients.
- In the well combine the egg, milk, brown sugar, butter and vanilla.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the centre until combined.
- Line a muffin pan and drop in batter. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (based on oven times may vary).
