Oatmeal Island Cookies

oatmeal cookies are delicious and island cookies are delicious, so i created a recipe to mix the two.

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter
• 1  cup  packed brown sugar
• 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2 1⁄4 cups flour
• 2 1⁄4 cups oats
• 2  cups white chocolate chips
• 1⁄2 cup  macadamia nuts
• 1⁄2 cup walnuts
• 1⁄2 cup coconut flakes

Directions

1. cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. then add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla.
2. in a separate bowl mix the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
3. mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
4. add oats-mix.
5. add chocolate chips-mix.
6. add nuts and coconut-mix.
7. drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
