Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup steel cut oats
- 1⁄2 cup frozen fruit
- 1⁄2 cup ice cube
- 1 g stevia
- ground cinnamon, to taste
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Pulse oats in blender until powdery.
- Add 1 cup of water and incorporate the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
