Ingredients

  • 14 cup oatmeal, 5 minute, uncooked
  • 12 cup water
  • 1  tablespoon flax seed, grounded
  • 14 cup  fruit (any kind)
  • 1  pinch cinnamon
  • 14 cup milk

Directions

  1. Cook the oatmeal as per package directions. Place fruit in bowl. Add oatmeal, flaxseeds, milk. Stir ingredients together. Top with cinnamon.
