Oatmeal Date Shake

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal (I used steel cut)
- 1 cup vanilla soymilk
- 1 banana
- 5 -6 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
Directions
- Blend oatmeal with milk of your choice, add the vanilla, banana and dates and blend until smooth, Add ice and blend until smooth.
