Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunks or Chip Cookies

I love oatmeal, dried cranberries and white chocolate in cookies, my personal favourites! I like cookies recipes that make 1 to 2 1/2 dozen. DH likes them somewhat sweeter so we add another 2/3 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla this is my DH's idea I add about a 1/4 cup more white chocolate chunks or chips whatever I have on hand. I have made these cookies with quick oats the taste for us changes a great deal we have found. These cookies are great at coffee time! Show more
