Oatmeal Cornflake Cookies

These have such a neat texture and are not too sweet.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; stir in oats and cornflakes. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, then oil. Mix well.
  4. Add flour mixture; mix well.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
