Oatmeal-Coconut Jumbles

  1. In a medium pan, mix the sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk, and margarine.
  2. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from burner.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Add oats and coconut and stir well.
  7. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
  8. Refrigerate until firm, approx.
  9. 30 mins-1 hr.
  10. Store in a sealed container in the fridge or at room temperature.
