Oatmeal Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup sifted white flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place apples in a shallow casserole, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Combine dry ingredients separately, stir in butter.
- Spread over apples.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
