  1. Grease baking sheet.
  2. Mix oatmeal, flour and baking powder.
  3. Cut in the fat until you have coarse crumbles.
  4. mix in sugar and enough milk for a firm dough.
  5. Knead for 2 minutes.
  6. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
