Ingredients
- 8 ounces fine oatmeal
- 1⁄2 tablespoon fat
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- warm water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Rub in the fat.
- Add enough water to form a stiff, but pliable dough.
- Roll out 1/8-inch thick; cut out small circles.
- Cook on a griddle for 5 minutes, turning once.
- For crisper, bake at 350° for a few more minutes.
