Oat-Y Nut Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Melt butter with honey, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a medium sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Bring to a boil; boil 8 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in oats, raisin and peanuts until well blended.
  6. Press evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Place pan on wire rack; score top into 2-inch squares.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Cut into bars.
