Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole grain spelt flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups oat bran
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder (gluten free)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 12 -14 prunes, minced
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened applesauce
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients, then add the rest and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
