Oat and Nut Slice

Ingredients
- 1 (390 g) can condensed milk
- 3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 100 g mixed seeds (eg pumpkin, sunflower)
- 100 g mixed nuts (eg pine nuts, almonds)
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
Directions
- Pre heat oven 130'c and lightly grease 2 (20x30cm) bakeing tins.
- Slightly warm condensed milk in large microwave prof dish.
- Add all ingredients to the warmed condensed milk, using a wooden spoon mix well, evenly coating dry ingredients.
- Divide mixture into 2 baking trays, spread mixture evenly and using a piece of baking paper press down firmly with hands.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Leave to cool for aprox 15 min then cut into pieces apox 5cm square, let cool compleatly before packing up in an airtight container.
