Oat and Almond Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups almond meal
- 1⁄2 cup rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 30 ml baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml canola oil
Directions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Beat eggs.
- Add milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix into dry ingredients.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 Celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
